CustomerCentric Selling® recently added a new Certified Business Partner to the team, Tom Morrill. Tom heads up Sales Growth Resources, a sales training and consulting firm headquartered out of North Andover, MA. He is an experienced sales leader, sales trainer, sales consultant, sales coach and operational specialist who over the years has proven that his efforts drive revenue growth.
Sales Growth Resources enables companies to drive predictable, profitable and sustainable growth by leveraging their proprietary Sales Excellence Framework. The firm lists blue chip organizations such as intel, Comcast, Sprint Business Solutions, Nextel and ADP as clients.
Tom has been extremely successful holding several front line, sales leadership and sales operational positions. As Vice President of Sales Operations within Bank of America’s Global Wealth and Investment Management Group he was responsible for building an organization while facilitating the development and launch of a new consultative selling program to a sales team of over 2,500. At Comcast, he built the national inside sales model from defining the structure to hiring and managing the team. Tom worked with senior leadership at ADP to improve performance across all business lines by identifying areas to drive more profitable and predictable performance by uncovering opportunities to more effectively allocate over $320m of sales operational expenses.
He is a certified DISC behavioral specialist and created skill development academy’s and individual classes for both sales representative and sales managers. Tom has also implemented numerous on-boarding programs and been a coach to senior leadership across multiple market segments and company sizes.
