Jill serves as Head of Marketing for CustomerCentric Systems, LLC and works from the Atlanta, Georgia office. She joined the CustomerCentric Selling® (CCS®) management team in 2008 and is responsible for all global marketing programs and efforts on behalf of CCS® and its Business Partners; her responsibilities include media and public relations, brand integrity and awareness, communications, promotional campaigns, advertising, sponsorships, strategic alliances, ownership of the corporate Website, social networking, among many other marketing-related activities to further the CustomerCentric Selling® name in the sales training and sales performance improvement market. Since joining CustomerCentric Selling®, Jill has launched the CCS® Customer Showcase, which highlights and recognizes those clients with sales training success stories to share with fellow peers and prospective customers of the CustomerCentric Selling® sales methodology. Additionally, CustomerCentric Selling® is regularly named to Training Industry’s annual Top Sales Training Companies list.
Prior to joining the CCS® management team, Jill drove marketing efforts at some of the most recognized high technology companies in the space, including BMC Software, WorldCom (MCI) and Premiere Global Services, Inc (PGI). She has close to twenty years of combined marketing experience in her field, winning many awards of excellence from peers and executive management. Most notably, Jill has a successful skill in developing high impact customer marketing programs that have directly impacted sales and revenue.
Jill attended the University of Georgia, and earned her Masters of Business Administration with honors from Kennesaw State University. A native of Georgia, she resides in the Atlanta area.
