Sales Training Cancellation and Substitution Policy

It is the policy of CustomerCentric Selling®, The Sales Training Company, to capture payment for attendance of any of its programs at least fourteen (14) days in advance of the scheduled program date. Circumstances may require someone to cancel, substitute, or reschedule their registration for a program. If a cancellation request is made at least fourteen (14) days before a scheduled program date the participant is entitled to a full refund of tuition. Participants who cancel less than fourteen (14) days before their scheduled program date will be responsible for the entire tuition fee. It the request is made more than (7) days prior to the program start date, the participants tuition fee may then be applied to a future program providing said program is scheduled within six (6) months of their original program date. If the participant does not attend a subsequent program as outlined above, the entire tuition fee will be forfeited. Participants who cancel less than seven (7) days before their scheduled program date will be responsible for the entire tuition fee and not entitled to a refund or rescheduled date.

CustomerCentric Selling® will do its best not to cancel or postpone any of its scheduled programs. However, if for any reason a program is postponed, the program participants will be notified at least seven (7) days prior to the scheduled program date by phone and/or e-mail. In this regard, a participant may reschedule for a future program or receive a full refund. CustomerCentric Selling® is not responsible for travel expenses in the event of a program cancellation. CustomerCentric Selling® reserves the right to postpone a program if necessary at any time.


Privacy Policy

No material from this site may be copied, reproduced, republished, uploaded, posted, transmitted, or distributed in any way, except that you may use or download one copy of the site materials for your personal use only.

Information submitted (“Information”) shall be deemed the property of CustomerCentric Systems®. None of the Information shall be subject to any obligation of confidence on the part of CustomerCentric Systems®, and CustomerCentric Systems® shall not be liable for any use or disclosure of any Information. CustomerCentric Systems® shall be entitled to unrestricted use of the Information for any purpose whatsoever, commercial or otherwise, without compensation to the provider of the Information. Information collected from guests who are 18 years of age or older may be used for marketing or promotional purposes by CustomerCentric Systems®.

Visitors to the site agree to indemnify, defend, and hold CustomerCentric Systems®, its affiliated companies, officers, directors, owners, and agents (collectively the “Indemnified Parties”) harmless from and against any and all liability and costs incurred by the Indemnified Parties in connection with any claim arising out of a breach of this agreement, including, without limitation, reasonable attorney’s fees.
